He rigorously keeps up to date with the latest trends in his profession and is a member of the Australian Council for Educational Leaders, where he regularly contributes articles for the professional journal "Directions in Education". Additionally, Mr. Chiment is a professional member of the Australian College of Educators and the Australian Institute of Management.
